By ordering online or offline from True Naturals Plant Nursery you accept the Terms and Conditions contained within the www.truenaturals.co.uk    web site at the date of sale. Please read these terms of sale carefully before placing your order and retain a copy of these terms and conditions for future reference.

These terms and conditions apply to all goods sold by True Naturals, 15 Rectory Close, Stanwick, Northamptonshire, NN9 6QR.

BASIS OF THE SALE

We aim to give you a clear idea of the quality and size of the plants that we supply. There may, however, be some variations in size, shape and colour between what you receive, and photographs or descriptions of them on our web site. Information supplied is approximate and for guidance only.

 

PRICING, AVAILABILITY AND DELIVERY

If the price of any products you have ordered changes prior to delivery, you will pay the price applicable at time of ordering.

If, by mistake, we have priced a product incorrectly, we will not be liable to supply that product to you at the stated price, provided we notify you before delivery of the product. Under these circumstances, we reserve the right to cancel all or part of your order. If your order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund on any amount already paid for that product.

All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time, including after you have placed your order. If your order cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you at the earliest opportunity, to give you a refund of the value of the goods, or to offer you a similar alternative product.

We will deliver the goods to the address specified for delivery on your order. Please make sure this address is correct. We cannot accept any liability for loss or damage to the goods once they have been delivered in accordance with any delivery instructions you have given us.

We aim to deliver within the requested time frame, but delivery times are not guaranteed. If there is a delay in your delivery due to any cause beyond our reasonable control, we will contact you to advise that the delivery date needs to change.

You will only own the goods once we have received cleared payment in full and they have been successfully delivered.

 

WARRANTY AND RETURNS

If anything you receive from us is faulty or damaged, we will replace it free of charge or fully refund the cost.

Before returning anything, please contact us, and we will advise the appropriate action to be taken and the return address. Plants are regarded as “perishable goods”, you therefore do not have the automatic right to return goods unless they are faulty, ie: diseased, infested with pests or other complaint. We will however, work with you in order to resolve any issues that may arise.

This undertaking is in addition to your statutory rights.

 

REFUSING AN ORDER

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, without notice or liability for any reason. This includes if in our determination you violate any provision of these terms or any applicable law or regulations.

 

LIABILITY

The total liability of True Naturals Plant Nursery for any claim, howsoever arising, shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied to you.

True Naturals will not be held liable for any consequential or indirect loss in any way regarding the supply and delivery of our products

This web site should be used for information purposes only. We shall not be held liable for any loss or damage that may occur when using any information contained or advice given. We are not responsible for the site’s accuracy, although every effort has been made to ensure all information is correct and up to date. We will continue to update the site should any inaccuracies be found or new information becomes available.

We reserve the right to update product information and these terms without notice.

We may provide links to the websites of other companies. Links from the Site to other sites and advertisements are only for information. We do not accept responsibility for any other sites or any loss you suffer from using them (this disclaimer does not affect your statutory rights against that third party).

We are not endorsed, sponsored or administered by Social Media, nor is any Social Media associated with us in any way. All Social Media providers are free from any responsibility in relation to us.

We work with reputable third party payment providers, who use digital signatures and strong encryption to ensure that all sensitive information is protected throughout every transaction.

 

PRIVACY

All information supplied by you will be held and used by us for the purpose of conducting business with you and to help improve the service we give.

When you order, we will ask for your name, address, email address, and payment details, including debit or credit card details. This enables us to process your order and notify you in the event of any query. We also request that you give us a contact telephone number, which enables us to make contact quickly if there is an issue with your delivery.

We will send you emails relating to your order. Any other emails, such as promotions or new product launches will only be sent if your consent has been given.

We will not divulge your personal information to any other third parties. We will not sell or rent your email address or telephone number at any time.

Should you wish us to stop sending you promotional emails in the future, simply contact us and tell us so, and all future emails will stop.

DELIVERY POLICY

How It Works

We deliver all our plants ourselves, on a twice monthly basis, usually during the first full week of each month and during the third. There is an option at checkout to choose your preferred delivery.

Provided you give us your contact details at checkout we will do our best to work with you and deliver at a time that suits you. We will NOT leave plants at a delivery address unless there is someone there to receive them, or alternative arrangements have been made. We always take photographs of your plants at the point of delivery, in order to help clarify any misunderstandings in the unlikely event of a dispute.

In accordance with Covid19 guidelines current at time of delivery, all deliveries will continue to be contactless. The driver will place your order wherever asked, provided your request is within reason, it is safe to do so, and does not require entering your premises.

We offer free delivery on all orders of £15.00 and over. All plants have different seasons, and some plants may not all be ready for delivery at the same time. If this occurs, we may need to make a second delivery at no extra cost to you. All orders with a total value of less than £15.00 will incur a delivery charge of £4.00.

In order to comply with current plant passport legislation, we are unable to send plants via courier.
